Can I cancel my reservation online?
Yes, if you made your reservation online and no later then 6 pm on the day before your arrival day.
How do I change or cancel a reservation online?
To cancel a reservation click here and the booking page will open up.
You need to select which hotel from the drop down menu. Then you can choose to change or delete your booking by selecting the Your bookings or Cancel reservation button.
Now you must supply your reservation code or your email in order to retrieve your reservation.
Please read the terms and conditions of booking prior to modification or cancellation.
